It is the Invitation that scares us
The fact of not knowing what could be
And the difference of what can be
And fearing what will be.
What keeps us from seeking Him?
What holds us back from experiencing the world in the way he wants us to?
Why do we reject his Invitation?
Why does he leave the door open?
For the hope that keeps us going
For the desire to look for more
For the longing to belong
For the possibility for relationship.
We truly were made to live for so much more…
I bought a Linsys router and I finally got it working so that pretty much everything works.
I’m sure I’m going to get a lot of “why didn’t you use some linux computer to do it?”
Laziness. Linksys did it for really cheap and besides, I get a wireless router as well. If I did the whole thing on my own, it would have cost like $50.00 or something…and this was easier in the end.
In other news, I’m a bit frustrated with UPS and their delivery time. I haven’t gotten my ReplayTV yet and it was suppose to come wednesday. Oh well…perhaps patience is what I am learning.
Everyone says that you should get your credit report and check it once a year. Well, I did mine for the first time and I found two errors! I’m only 22 and I’ve already got credit report errors. I find it quite annoying that everyone uses your credit report to see if you are eligible for getting credit when the credit reports are highly inaccurate now.
*sigh* not much you can do about that. I guess that’s why there are three credit bureaus.
So I’ve disputed the two and now I’m waiting for my report from TransUnion.
In other news, I have a perfect credit rating!
the chillow is the latest addition to my amazon.com wish list. I think this thing is awesome! At least is sounds awesome.
I’m really excited about my latest purchase: a ReplayTV RTV5504
I think this will be really cool to be able to just go out and set this thing to record shows while I’m out…
I’m really looking forward to watching Star Trek: TNG and Law and Order back to back.

If you’re thinking about buying a DVR, here are some links that I found useful:
I chose the replayTV over the Tivo because of the features of progressive scan, integrated network card, and remote streaming capabilities. If you have questions, post them in this thread.
I really starting to like the old testament. I think it’s because I just envision these things like a movie. Right now, I’m reading through 1 Kings and the first chapter reads like a scene out of an epic movie!
I think I may have found my muse…
I’m really starting to enjoy classical music. I even like it better than Christian music now. I’m not sure why I’ve made this change in taste but I think its kinda cool.
I feel so growned up.
I ordered my first credit report today to check my credit. I don’t know why I feel so accomplished. I feel like it’s a step in the direction of living a life of being old and stuff. ugh…
You know I have to say that after I learned how to budget, I’ve been so successful with my money. I have very little credit card debt. I think I’ve only made one late payment. I feel good. I feel secure.
