wow…busy day.
You ever have one of those days that just starts and doesn’t stop until you hit the end? I started at 9 AM and didn’t end until just now…actually, it’s still not over because I have to sit down and write out a three-minute testimony for small group tomorrow. Yay for being a leader, eh?
Actually, I made quite an accomplishment today. I made really good waffles today. Yeah, the kind that you put on the grill. They came out really really well. The first time I made waffles they tasted really bad and I was afraid that the same thing was going to happen again. But it didn’t. It seems like the key is to stir the egg whites very slowly into the batter…really, really slowly.
They tasted very good.
I’m so sleepy…but the day isn’t over.
I learned last week that it’s really bad not have any time to yourself. I came pretty close to burning out. I’ve really got to plan time for myself. In fact, I should do that now…
