Note: I’m a little pissed off because I accidently closed the window holding my entry…

My birthday has come and gone. I’m now officially 24 years old. To think, in one year, I’ll be 25 and then I’ll be 26…and then I’ll be 40 years old, with three kids in the SUV, wondering if I’ll get them to the baseball field in time, all the while I’m complaining about the taxes in West Palm Beach, and wondering why my wallet is too small for my fifties.

Most people didn’t remember my birthday, which is okay. I’m not one for the sentimental. I did end up getting some money from my parents. I ended up buying the harness I really wanted. I’m probably going to get some rock shoes next.

Last night, my roommates and I went out to dinner, since yesterday was probably the last night we would all have together. I’ll be leaving in a week and a half for Virginia Beach LT. One my roommates is leaving for California and had my chance to tell him how important he was to me and how much I was going to miss him.

Then I started thinking about the future…the next season of my life will be weddings and goodbyes. Wow, it feels so weird…
